Preservación del patrimonio histórico. Autorícese al Gobierno nacional para incorporar las partidas presupuestales para el mejoramiento y preservación de los monumentos y bienes de interés cultural e histórico del municipio de Chiquinquirá en aras de conservar y mantener la cultura chiquinquireña, así como fomentar el turismo en el municipio; lo anterior, de acuerdo con la disponibilidad de recursos, el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo y el Marco de Gasto de Mediano Plazo.
