Artículo segundo. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, el Fondo Nacional del Ahorro queda autorizado para contratar, previo el cumplimiento de las normas vigentes sobre la materia, la impresión de los folletos, afiches, plegables y publicaciones que se requieran para él adecuado desempeño de sus funciones.
