Créase en el Distrito Judicial de pamplona, el siguiente Circuito Civil: de Convención, compuesto de los Municipios que se expresan: de Convención, que será la cabecera, El Carmen, Teorama y San Calixto.

Parágrafo

Estos Municipios dejan de formar parte del circuito civil de Ocaña.
