Concepto del ICA. El ICA emitirá concepto técnico sobre la novedad, distinguibilidad, homogeneidad y estabilidad. Si el concepto fuere favorable y la solicitud cumple con los demás requisitos, otorgará el certificado de obtentor y ordenará su registro con la correspondiente denominación.
