El período del Registrador Nacional será de dos años a partir del 1º de enero de 1949; el período de los Delegados Departamentales será de un año a partir del 15 de enero del mismo año y el de los Registradores Municipales, también de un año a partir del 1º de febrero de dicho año. Los Visitadores Nacionales y Departamentales tendrán también un período de un año contado desde la fecha de su nombramiento.
