Artículo duodécimo. El impuesto previsto en el artículo décimo y la participación de que trata el artículo 11 de la presente Ley, se harán exigibles 60 días después de promulgada la ley. Estos ingresos se comenzarán a causar a favor de la Corporación en la fecha anteriormente determinada, a pesar de que ella no hubiere entrado a funcionar administrativamente.
