° En cumplimiento de los deseos del Gobierno de atender la escitacion hecha por la honorable Cámara de Representantes i creyéndo llegado el caso de corresponder a aquella escitacion, nómbrase Jefe de la banda de música que debe prestar sus servicios en esta capital al señor José M. Ponce de Leon, asimilando a Sarjento Mayor i con derecho al sueldo de su empleo.
