Art. 15. Los Gobernadores o Presidentes de los Estados, velarán por el fiel i esacto cumplimiento de este decreto en lo que les corresponda, como Ajentes del Poder Ejecutivo nacional i como partícipes que son dichos Estados en la renta de salinas, i especialmente en la mitad del valor de la sal marina que se aprehenda de contrabando, según el articulo 1.° de la lei de 24 de mayo de 1869.
