Concursos . La provisión definitiva de los empleos pertenecientes al Sistema Especial de Carrera del Sector Defensa se hará por concurso abierto, el cual tendrá por objeto establecer y comprobar la aptitud, idoneidad y condiciones de seguridad de los aspirantes. El concurso abierto se caracteriza por permitir la admisión libre para todas las personas que demuestren poseer los requisitos exigidos para el desempeño del empleo.
