Los fondos destinados a los artículos 1205 del presupuesto vigente con destino a las obras de defensa de calamar, serán entregados al tesorero nombrado por la junta creada por este decreto, quien deberá otorgar la fianza que le señale la Contraloría general de la República, y le rendirá cuentas de acuerdo con las normas que al respecto hay establecidas.
