Art. 2.° Los ajentes o consignatarios de las naves estranjeras surtas en los puertos de la Union, son representantes del naviero en el respectivo puerto, para los efectos de los incisos 1.°, 3.º, 4.º, 5.º, 6.º i 7.º del artículo 55 del Código do Comercio marítimo, i para responder do cualesquiera impuestos nacionales, del Estado i municipales, establecidos o que se establezcan sobre dichas naves.
