Después de sancionada la presente Ley, el Gobierno Nacional procederá a hacer estudiar, por una comisión técnica, las fuentes minerales y termominerales existentes en el Municipio de Coconuco (Departamento del Cauca), con el objeto de fundar allí un establecimiento sanitario.
