Destínase la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000) para dar cumplimiento a la presente ley, los cuales se incluirán en la de apropiaciones de la próxima vigencia. Si así no se hiciere, el Gobierno queda facultado para abrir los créditos administrativos necesarios.
