º. Prórroga a las licencias de urbanismo. Hasta el treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de 2000 y siempre y cuando el plan de ordenamiento territorial del respectivo municipio o distrito no haya entrado en vigencia, podrá concederse una segunda prórroga de doce (12) meses a la vigencia de las licencias de urbanismo.
