La vigilancia tiene por objeto velar porque el servicio notarial se preste oportuna y eficazmente, y conlleva el examen de la conducta de los Notarios y el cuidado del cumplido desempeño de sus deberes con la honestidad, rectitud e imparcialidad correspondientes a la naturaleza de su ministerio.
