De las prestaciones a que tienen derecho los empleados del Departamento Nacional de Plantación. Sin detrimento de las prestaciones contempladas en el presente Decreto, ni de las demás de que por cualquier razón vinieren gozando los empleados a que se refiere el artículo 1.º del mismo, gozarán ellos de las prestaciones sociales de que tratan los Decretos 3135 de 1968, 1848 de 1969 y 1045 de 1978.
