° Desígnase al señor ingeniero Miguel J. Arango Martínez, para que reciba, a nombre del Gobierno Nacional, los trayectos de carretera terminados últimamente por la Gobernación de Antioquia en las siguientes vías: La Ceja - La Unión, Yamural - Montería y Porcecito - Gómez Plata. En tal diligencia de recibo debe quedar comprendido el examen de los planos, perfiles y demás documentos de los respectivos trazados que no tengan esa formalidad.
