La Licitación Pública para la concesión del servicio de telefonía móvil celular se abrirá durante el mes de febrero de 1993. Los plazos oportunidades y términos de que tratan las Resoluciones 431 y 962 de 1991 del Ministerio de Comunicaciones se ajustarán a los nuevos plazos señalados en el presente artículo.
