Los gastos que ocasione el personal y material de la goleta comprada para poner en comunicación las islas de San Andrés y Providencia con los puertos colombianos del Atlántico, se imputarán al departamento de Correos y Telégrafos, capítulo 12, artículo 26 del Presupuesto de gastos para la vigencia en curso.

Parágrafo

Queda en estos términos reformado el artículo 6.° del Decreto número 628 de 1913.
