Las Bajas De Personal De Tropa De Tropa Se Causarán, Conforme A Las Disposiciones Legales, Así: 1) Suboficiales

°. Las bajas de personal de tropa de tropa se causarán, conforme a las disposiciones legales, así: 1) Suboficiales. Comandantes de Brigada y Director General de Aviación, por las siguientes causas

a)

Por tiempo cumplido de servicio;

b)

Por incapacidad física o mala conducta, debidamente comprobadas, y

c)

Por edad, de conformidad con la Ley vigente.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de Sargentos primeros, la orden de baja será causada por resolución ministerial. 2) Soldados. Comandantes de Brigada y Director General de Aviación, por las siguientes causas

a)

Por reclamación fundada durante los treinta (30) días siguientes al acuartelamiento, y

b)

Por incapacidad física, debidamente comprobada. Comandantes de Cuerpo de tropa. b) Por tiempo cumplido de servicio, según el Decreto de convocatoria del contingente; b) Por defunción, y

c)

Por deserción, una vez vencido el plazo que fija la ley sobre la materia.
