Adición Al Presupuesto De Gastos Del Sistema General De Regalías

Decreto 850 de 2021 · por el cual se incorporan al presupuesto del bienio 2021-2022 del Sistema General de Regalías, los rendimientos financieros generados por las Asignaciones Directas del 1° de enero de 2021 al 30 de junio de 2021.

°. Adición al Presupuesto de Gastos del Sistema General de Regalías. Atendiendo lo dispuesto en el numeral 3° del Artículo 152 de la Ley 2056 de 2020 y los Artículos 2.2.2.1.1. y 2.2.2.1.3. del Decreto 1821 de 2020, adiciónese al Presupuesto de Gastos del Sistema General de Regalías para el bienio del 1º de enero de 2021 al 31 de diciembre de 2022, la suma de CUARENTA Y OCHO MIL SEISCIENTOS SETENTA Y CINCO MILLONES SEISCIENTOS ONCE MIL NOVENTA Y TRES PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($48.675.611.093), así:

Parágrafo

Los recursos de que trata el presente artículo se desagregan entre las entidades beneficiarias de asignaciones directas según los montos señalados en el Anexo 1 que hace parte integral del presente decreto.
