Art. 171. Para la exacción de toda multa se procederá en consonancia con el artículo 82 del Código Penal; pero si el multado fuere funcionario ó empleado público, la multa se hará efectiva por terceras partes, que se tomarán de sus sueldos próximos de manera preferente.
