Para que Popayán termine sus obras comenzadas, restaure ciertos edificios memorables, funde un museo de historia y antigüedades y provea al embellecimiento de la ciudad, y demás obras que determine la Junta del Centenario, destínase la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($200.000.00).
