Repetición por no presentación o por objeción total . Si el proyecto de presupuesto no fuere presentado por el gobierno departamental dentro del término legal, o si la ordenanza hubiere recibido objeción total de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 51 del presente Decreto, regirá para la respectiva vigencia, el presupuesto del año anterior conforme a lo establecido en los artículos siguientes.
