° El artículo 28 de los mismos estatutos quedará así: "Semestralmente el Administrador Fiduciario efectuará balances e inventarios, para cuyo efecto se cortarán las cuentas en 30 de junio y 31 de diciembre de cada año. Dichos balances e inventarios, bajo la firma del Administrador Fiduciario y del Auditor, junto con un informe sobre la marcha del Fondo, serán presentados a su Junta Directiva por el Administrador Fiduciario".
