º . Entrega de activos y pasivos . La entrega de activos y pasivos de la CAP a Corpoamazonia se hará dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la expedición del presente Decreto. Para efecto de los recursos financieros se deben especificar los saldos debidamente certificados por la entidad bancaria respecto a la fecha de corte acordada. Así mismo la CAP entregará una relación detallada de las obligaciones vigentes, las cuales serán asumidas por Corpoamazonia.
