Importaciones. El asbesto y los productos con él elaborados, que hayan sido importados e instalados antes del1° de enero de 2021, serán objeto de la política pública de sustitución a que se refiere la Ley 1968 de 2019. Por lo tanto a partir de esa fecha no podrán instalarse y utilizarse dichos materiales aun cuando hayan sido importados, embarcados e ingresados a zona franca con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto.
