Las Resoluciones Que Se Dicten Sobre Reconocimiento De Personería Jurídica Serán Publicadas En El Diario Oficial A Costa Del Particular Interesado, Y No Surtirán Sus Efectos Sino Quince Días Después De Hecha La Publicación

º Las Resoluciones que se dicten sobre reconocimiento de personería jurídica serán publicadas en el Diario Oficial a costa del particular interesado, y no surtirán sus efectos sino quince días después de hecha la publicación.

Parágrafo

Esta misma disposición se hace extensiva a las resoluciones que dicte el Gobierno en uso de la facultad que le confiere el artículo 5º del Decreto legislativo número 2 de 1906, "por el cual se adiciona el Título VII del libro 2º del Código de Comercio, y se reforman las Leyes 62 de 1888 y 65 de 1890."
