Los certificados de que trata el artículo anterior, deberán solicitarse directamente por medio de memorial dirigido a la Contraloría General de la República, indicando el número de la cédula de ciudadanía y el lugar de su expedición, el nombre y apellido completos y el puesto que ya desempeña o va a desempeñar el interesado. A su turno la Contraloría deberá solicitar al Juzgado Nacional de Ejecuciones Fiscales informaciones sobre si las personas aspirantes a empleados de manejo tienen alcances pendientes en contra suya.
