Asistencia sanitaria a familiares del fallecido en servicio activo. Para efectos de la asistencia sanitaria prevista en el artículo 146 del Decreto 2337 de 1971, regirá también lo dispuesto en el título IV, capítulo I, artículos 92 a 104 del presente Decreto, con las modificaciones de que la contratación de servicios especiales y la expedición de carnés de identidad no estarán a cargo de la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares.
