°. La importación de los productos a que se refiere el artículo anterior será registrada por el Incomex, previo visto bueno otorgado por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural. Los registros de importación presentados ante el Incomex que no hayan sido utilizados a la fecha de la vigencia del presente decreto, deberán contar con el visto bueno del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural aquí señalado. Luego de la obtención del respectivo visto bueno se deberá presentar la modificación del correspondiente registro ante el Incomex.
