°. Corríjase el yerro contenido en el literal ‘c’ del artículo 2.2.9.1.11 del Decreto número 2236 de 2023, el cual quedará así: “ c. Las comunidades energéticas se registrarán en el sistema que la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios disponga para tal fin. Dicha entidad establecerá los términos y condiciones de registro, teniendo en cuenta que será un instrumento diferenciado y flexible acorde con la naturaleza jurídica y objetivos de las comunidades energéticas del artículo 2.2.9.1.2.” .

Decreto 273 de 2024 · por medio del cual se corrige un yerro del Decreto número 2236 de 2023, por el cual se adiciona al Decreto número 1073 de 2015 con el fin de reglamentar parcialmente el artículo 235 de la Ley 2294 de 2023 del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2022-2026 en lo relacionado con las Comunidades Energéticas en el marco de la Transición Energética Justa en Colombia.
