A partir del 1° de enero de 2010, los funcionarios que laboren en las estaciones monitoras y que desempeñen el cargo de Celador, código 4097, cualquiera que sea el grado de remuneración, tendrán derecho a un auxilio de transporte intermunicipal de setenta y dos mil novecientos siete pesos ($72.907) m/cte., mensuales. Si el Ministerio suministra el transporte, no habrá lugar a este reconocimiento.
