Los instrumentos para la gestión de la información pública, conforme con lo establecido en la Ley 1712 de 2014, son: (1) Registro de Activos de Información. (2) Índice de Información Clasificada y Reservada. (3) Esquema de Publicación de Información. (4) Programa de Gestión Documental. Los sujetos obligados deben articular dichos instrumentos mediante el uso eficiente de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones, y garantizar su actualización y divulgación.
