Artículo octavo. Para que los títulos de Instrumentación Técnico-Quirúrgica expedidos por las escuelas tengan validez para el ejercicio de la profesión los interesados deberán dirigir la correspondiente solicitud a los Ministerios de Educación Nacional y de Salud, para que el primero refrende el título o diploma, y el segundo expida la correspondiente autorización para ejercer la profesión.
