Suprímense Los Derechos Que, Conforme Al Mismo Artículo Citado, Gravan La Legalización De Los Distintos Documentos De Las Naves Mercantes, Y Créase, En Su Lugar, Un Derecho Único Por El Despacho Mismo, Según La Siguiente Escala: Buques Hasta De 500 Toneladas: 30

º Suprímense los derechos que, conforme al mismo artículo citado, gravan la legalización de los distintos documentos de las naves mercantes, y créase, en su lugar, un derecho único por el despacho mismo, según la siguiente escala: Buques hasta de 500 toneladas: 30.00 Buques de 500 a 1.000 toneladas: 40.00 Buques de 1.000 a 3.000 toneladas: 50.00 Buques de 3.000 a 5.000 toneladas: 60.00 Buques de 5.000 en adelante: 80.00

Parágrafo 1

Este derecho se hará efectivo por medio de estampillas de Servicio Exterior, adheridas y anuladas por el Cónsul en un documento de despacho, cuyo modelo suministrará el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.

Parágrafo 2

Los documentos no estampillados llevará el visto bueno y la firma y sello del Cónsul, como de costumbre.
