Los empleados de las Secciones 2ª y 5ª (Superintendencia General de Impuestos) del Ministerio de Hacienda, tienen derecho a devengar los mismos sueldos que venían devengando con anterioridad al 24 de septiembre último, hasta la fecha en que dichas Secciones sean sustituídas por las que determina la presente Ley.
