ARTICULO 65 . RETIRO POR VOLUNTAD DEL DIRECTOR GENERAL PREVIO CONCEPTO DE LA JUNTA DE CARRERA PENITENCIARIA. Los oficiales, suboficiales, dragoneantes y distinguidos del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional, podrán ser retirados del servicio a voluntad del Director General del Instituto en cualquier tiempo cuando su permanencia se considere inconveniente, previo concepto de la Junta de Carrera Penitenciaria.
