Parágrafo transitorio

del artículo 24 de la Ley 1607 de 2012, serán trasladados a la sección del Ministerio Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y a la sección presupuestal del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario (ICA), a los programas, proyectos o instrumentos de política que permitan aumentar la productividad y competitividad de la producción agropecuaria, incluyendo la gestión del riesgo agropecuario en términos sanitarios y fitosanitarios, y la generación y estabilización del ingreso al productor que impulse el desarrollo social y económico de la población rural.
