Art. 335. Todo empleado que al practicar cualquiera de las operaciones determinadas en este Código o en los reglamentos que el Poder Ejecutivo espida en su ejecucion, advirtiere que se ha cometido o intenta cometer alguna infraccion de sus disposiciones sujetas a pena, ei el tal empleado fuere funcionario de instruccion, procederá inmediatamente a formar el correspondiente sumario, enviándolo sin demora al funcionario a quien corresponda conocer de la causa, poniendo a su disposicion los objetos embargados si los hubiere.
