Podrán ejercer la profesión como auxiliares de enfermería aquellas personas que hayan sido tituladas en escuelas que tengan facultad para expedir títulos o aquellas otras que tengan diploma certificado o licencia de enfermería expedido por entidades diferentes a las escuelas de enfermería y que hayan sido reconocidos por el Gobierno Nacional.
