Art. 20. Los Pagadores en ningún caso cubrirán pasaportes cuya liquidación no esté hecha de acuerdo con este Decreto, teniendo, por tanto, obligación de revisar la liquidación que haga el ordenador y protestar por el exceso, atendiendo á lo dispuesto en los artículos 1286 y 1292 del Código Fiscal.
