Obtenidos los dichos títulos, una vez que se haya cumplido el término de su presentación a la "Sección 3º de Pensiones" para que el Jefe de esta Sección prepare los trabajos que han de tenerse en cuenta a fin de dar estricto cumplimiento a los artículos, por las leyes a que se ha hecho referencia.
