Integración con la política de Gobierno digital y la política de gestión del conocimiento y la innovación. Los sujetos obligados implementarán las disposiciones contenidas en el presente Decreto, interpretando de manera integral el conjunto de normas, lineamientos, estándares y guías que componen la Política de Gobierno Digital, y la Política de Gestión del Conocimiento y la Innovación y su aplicación al caso concreto, respetando las normas especiales que regulan el servicio, oferta o actividad dispuesta.
