CUERPO TECNICO DE POLICIA JUDICIAL. Dentro del Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial, créanse los equipos especializados para orden público. Sin embargo, en caso de urgencia y cuando los necesidades así lo exijan, pueden participar miembros de las Fuerzas Militares, Policía Nacional y del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad que no estén incorporados a la Policía Judicial, para auxiliar a los Jueces de Orden Público.
