Art. 15. El papel sellado será de muy buena calidad. Llevará dos líneas longitudinales para formar márgenes: el margen del lado del lomo, tendrá tres centímetros, y el de la orilla dos centímetros. Entre las dos líneas longitudinales, tendrá líneas trasversales para la escritura, distantes una de otra ocho centímetros, dejando arriba y abajo, esto es, de la orilla á la primera línea y de la última línea á la orilla, un espacio en blanco de dos centímetros.
