º Funciones del Consejo Directivo. El Consejo Directivo recomendará al Conpes, de acuerdo con las propuestas de la secretaría técnica, las políticas, las metas de cobertura y los criterios de cofinanciación. Así mismo, corresponderá al Consejo Directivo, la evaluación del programa con base en los estudios que para tal efecto se contraten, y recomendar al gobierno nacional las medidas que se requieran para lograr la adecuada implementación del mismo.
