Artículo Único. Inclúyase en el Presupuesto de la vigencia en curso la suma de tres mil cuatrocientos pesos ($ 3,400) que la Republica debe al señor Victoriano Duque, y pagase a dicho señor la suma de cancelación de toda obligación del Erario nacional con el mencionado señor Duque.
