° Los bancos podrán recaudar las contribuciones de que trata el artículo anterior correspondientes a los períodos gravables de 1978 y siguientes, sean éstas oportunas o vencidas.

Parágrafo

Cuando se paguen contribuciones cuyo plazo haya vencido, los intereses correspondientes serán cobrados por el banco recaudador en la forma que indique el Ministerio de Hacienda, teniendo en cuenta la respectiva tasa de interés y la fecha legal de vencimiento, de dicha obligación.
