º . Prorrogar la vigencia del Decreto 2116 del 12 de septiembre de 1994 hasta el 31 de marzo de 1995, fecha a partir de la cual los gravámenes arancelarios de las subpartidas allí contenidas serán los señalados en el Decreto 255 de 1992.
